Cedar Crest College, in partnership with the national search firm Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations for the position of Founding Director of the Elaine and John Harmon Center for Leadership in Technology and Harmon Professor of Leadership in Technology. Cedar Crest College—a women’s college in Allentown, PA—seeks a dynamic and groundbreaking entrepreneur to lead this transformation in technology at Cedar Crest as Founding Director.

Supported by a $3.3M gift, the successful candidate will champion the College’s mission of creating gender equity in technology, while helping shape career and job-market alignment for new programs. Individuals with industry expertise are encouraged to apply; experience in higher education is not required.
