Mr. Thomas Ball has been appointed as the Executive Director of Student Financial Services at Liberty University

Scott Healy and Associates congratulates Mr. Thomas Ball for being appointed the new Executive Director of Student Financial Services at Liberty University.  Tom comes to the position after several years as Director of Financial Aid at Grove City College.   He has more than 30 years of financial aid, and enrollment management experience in operations, leadership, and strategic planning.  Tom earned his B.A. at Grove City College and his M.A.  at Pennsylvania State University.
