University of Texas Medical Branch, in partnership with the national search firm Scott Healy & Associates, is pleased to announce the search for a Chair of the Department of Physical Therapy. This position reports to the Senior Vice President and Dean of the School of Health Professions and is a full-time, tenured, faculty position (rank commensurate with experience). Working closely with the Associate Chair of PT Education and Program Directors, the Chair will provide leadership and direction to the department for all existing programs, look to expand and develop new programs, and lead faculty on matters of curriculum, instruction, research, diversity, scholarship, service, and clinical enterprise.
