Lawrence brings extensive experience in inclusive hiring, having led more than 30 retained searches and advised more than 50 organizations on inclusive hiring practices. He has dedicated his career to access, inclusion, and belonging in schools, corporations, and non-profits.

Lawrence spent a decade as a Director of College Counseling in public and independent schools before moving into Inclusive Excellence work in schools and then as a consultant. Over the last three years, he has set the gold standard in retained search and in consulting for associations, boards, school leaders, and for college admissions teams. Additionally, Lawrence’s portfolio extends beyond the education space. He has worked with a number of corporate partners including: The National Football League (NFL), Power School (formerly Hobsons), Integrative Nutrition, Morgan Stanley, NBC Universal, and FanDuel.
