University of Scranton is partnering with Scott Healy & Associates to hire for the position of Open-Rank Tenure-Track Faculty Member in the Department of Physical Therapy
University of Scranton, in partnership with the national search firm, Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations for the position of Open-Rank Tenure-Track Faculty Member in the Department of Physical Therapy. This full time, 9-month position will begin in Fall 2023 and includes teaching, service, and scholarship responsibilities with primary teaching opportunities available in orthopedic course content with collaboration on curricular assessment.
The University of Scranton is a broadly regional institution of approximately 5,000 total undergraduate and graduate students located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Recognized nationally for quality of education, the University of Scranton is one of 27 Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States. The University of Scranton’s Physical Therapy curriculum is an intensive three-year (9-semester) program, including summer clinical experiences, which leads to an entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. The Department of Physical Therapy is currently comprised of eight highly motivated core faculty members engaged in a variety of clinical, service, and scholarly activities with a common goal of providing a positive educational experience for our students.
