Lawrence Alexander II has extensive experience in inclusive hiring, having led more than 30 retained searches and advised more than 50 organizations on inclusive hiring practices.
Alexander has dedicated his career to access, inclusion, and belonging in schools, corporations, and non-profits.
Alexander spent a decade as a Director of College Counseling in public and independent schools before moving into Inclusive Excellence work in schools and then as a consultant. Over the last three years, Alexander has set the gold standard in retained search and in consulting for associations, boards, school leaders, and for college admissions teams.
